The basis for this platform structure is formed by a steel frame with integrated auxiliary frame for fitting to the TAMIYA Volvo FH16 chassis. The original attachment points/screw connections have been used for assembly. No drill holes have to be made manually. The detailed dropsides are equipped with surface engraving on both sides, and are movably mounted in robust hinges. The dropsides are "locked" using powerful Neodym magnets, whereby two magnets are almost invisibly embedded in the dropside. The wood application contained within the conversion kit enhances the detail of the platform structure and can be aged and adapted in accordance with your own requirements.
